[b]1. Overview[/b] The List (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides an online platform that allows users to discover, host, and manage events. By accessing or using The List, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the platform. [b]2. Eligibility[/b] Users must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement. Organizers represent that all event listings, pricing, and content comply with applicable laws. [b]3. Accounts[/b] Users must create an account to list or RSVP to events. You are responsible for maintaining your account’s security and all activity under it. [b]4. Organizer Responsibilities[/b] Organizers are solely responsible for their events, ticketing, and attendee communications. The List is a facilitator, not an event organizer, and is not liable for any disputes, cancellations, or damages related to events. [b]5. Payments[/b] Payments are processed securely through Stripe. The List charges: 5% platform fee on ticket sales Subscription fees as posted on our Pricing page Refunds are subject to each organizer’s policy. The List may withhold or reverse transactions in cases of fraud, dispute, or policy violations. [b]6. Platform Use[/b] You agree not to: Misuse the platform, including scraping or data mining Post unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing content The List payment processes or share private data of others The List may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. [b]7. Intellectual Property[/b] All The List trademarks, logos, and software are owned by The List. You retain rights to your own content but grant The List a license to display it in connection with your events. [b]8. Limitation of Liability[/b] The List provides the service “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. [b]9. Termination[/b] You may delete your account at any time. The List may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or applicable law. [b]10. Governing Law[/b] These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. 11.
